Quality of Life Patch

Hello, Plant Friends! 

A Plant Therapy quality of life update - a few bugs and playability improvements are included in this build.

 1. Tweaked the ordering of items on the shelving in apartment 2 so that they are more consistent.

2. Fixed a shelf related bug that allowed it to hold more items than intended.

3. Tweaked watering and fertilizing detection so that it is easier to water the plant you want when there many close together.

4. Adjusted the plant stands so that it is easier to work with the held items.

5. Tweaked the hand so that it is a bit more precise, allowing you to better pick up items when they are close together.

6. Tweaked the white hanging pot to make it more beige so that it stands out a bit better.
